I appreciate all of the interesting reviews on your site. They cover many topics of interest to me. It is rare to find someone covering issues so relevant to me from a scholarly standpoint. You see, I am a Christian quiverfull homeschool mom of five. However, I am somewhat of a paradox in that I do accept government funds to help fund my education. I am taking out loans to get my Masters Degree in Education and am considering getting my Doctorate. There is a possiblity that I may have to be the primary breadwinner due to my husband’s health and job situations. Another paradox there for a quiverfull woman to consider working to support her husband and children. I’ve also been applying a lot of the Classical Education model in my homeschool, although I am not a purist, and am seriously rethinking a lot of issues. I would love to hear more of your opinions as a professor of education on many of the issues discussed about here in your blog. I stumbled across it while looking for research possiblities and direction for my career path. If I have to work to support my family, I want to enjoy it and make a difference in the field of education which is my passion.
